THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSER FOR MOISTURE & ASH DETERMINATION
Uses:
Fully
automatic multiple sample thermogravimetric analyser for accurate determination
of MOISURE & ASH in a large variety of materials.
Operation:
-
Operator weighs
crucibles & samples in the external balance and enters the identification
codes for each samples.

Operator
places crucibles on conveyor.
-
Robot picks
crucibles from conveyor and inserts in available position in carousel.
-
When result of any
crucible has been obtained the robot removes this crucible from carousel and
drops into reusable crucibles bin.

Advantages:
-
The user can
weigh crucibles and samples during the analysis in the same PC that manages
the instrument. It is a multitasking software. The software is
managing at the same time the instrument to obtain results, the robots, the
furnace internal balance and the external balance.

Samples of different
materials can be analysed, there are no samples that conditions the others,
the first to finish is the first to be removed by the robot from the furnace.

No time spent in
heating and cooling to start a new batch, in this instrument the furnace is
always hot.
-
The user does not
make mistakes placing the samples, all the samples are placed one after the
other on the conveyor, it is a FIFO (First in – First out).
