The process
Used for
homogenizing and mixing
all type of solid products. Ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical,
nutriceutical, food, and other related industries to mix dried
powder and granulate.
The main features
Two V-shells
and one outlet with butterfly valve to facilitate the discharge of the
mixing.
The container
rotate on 360° to achieving an uniform mixing.
The "V"
container is made in stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316), and is mirror
polished of inner and outer shell to meet cGMP standard.
No blind angle
in the container to avoid accumulation of materials.
The
additional features
Intensifier bar inside the "V" container - efficient and short mixing
time.
Programmable control panel - Mixing time, Speed of
rotation for the 2 motors: "V" container and I-bar.
